Adjusting to home working can result in overlooking the times.

It is important to keep an eye on any colleagues who continue to do work in the evening and even for those who continue to do work in the evening.

Whilst this may feel like a good thing that they are getting a lot of work done, this may not be healthy for a long time.

Remind to have ample rest. Especially that working and resting are both at the same place = home.

At the end of the day, we are all human and we are all in this together and we all want to do our best for our employees, employers we work for and our loved ones.
