How do I delete my account?

Contact your colleague who is handling the admin account on EzBizTrip platform

The Admin role account is able to delete the accountant/manager/user account.
Log on to Admin account and go to “Users” tab under “Companies” dropdown list
Choose the User and click on the delete button (recycle bin icon)

To delete an admin account, the company’s person in charge may drop us a request via email to support@ezbiztrip.com

How can I change my email address?

Email address cannot be changed. Please contact your company’s admin account holder for EzBizTrip.

How do I create an account?

You will need to contact your colleague who is handling the admin account for EzBizTrip to create a user account.
