How to set Travel policy?
As an admin in your company’s EzBizTrip account, you have access to create and customize travel policy before assigning for different groups of employees. Each employee is assigned to one travel policy.
Your Default setting is also available for you in case you do not want to create a new travel policy.
EzBizTrip uses these settings along with real time market rates to calculate a recommended travel budget for employer to approve.
1. Log on to your corporate account
2. Go to your profile icon on the top right hand corner and click “Company setting”
3. Choose “Travel Policy” and click “Create New”
4. Key in a new Policy Name and add your company’s user account to the respective policy
